Lois took our staff retreat in Asheville from good to great. She worked closely with us in planning all aspects of the retreat and it turned out to be a huge success. Our staff still talks about what a great time they had, and I continue to be impressed by the positive, long term results of implementing the items we identified at the meeting. Lois Banta revived our sagging practice spirit with an enlightening, fun, and impactful team retreat. After spending a full day observing us, she led us the next day to a deeper understanding of the need for unity while at the same time gently guiding us to explore our different personalities and listening abilities. Lois is also extremely knowledgeable about the business of dentistry and not only showed us how to increase our efficiency, but helped us especially with insurance claims and patients who might be a little reluctant to pay their bills. But, the team-building was really the clincher. Our task was to come up with and deliver a meal for all forty of us. What fun it was to devise a way for it all to come together! And come together it did. We still talk about our “Lois Banta Dinner” to this day! It was the best meal ever served!

All in all, Lois’ team retreat with this large group practice was just what we needed. I wholeheartedly recommend Lois to any practice that needs a unified team laser-focused on the best way to serve their patients.
